The company carries out the purchase and production of wooden sleepers, transfer beams and bridge beams in accordance with the requirements of GOST 78-2004, GOST 8816-2003, GOST 28450-90, GOST 22830-77. In case of receipt of non-impregnated materials, they are unloaded and sorted into categories. The percentage of wood moisture is determined so that the impregnation of raw materials with high moisture does not occur. In addition to drying in natural conditions, drying of the specified raw materials is carried out in impregnating cylinders with a serpentine vacuum pump in order to bring the humidity to 22-25%.
Dried & ready for impregnation raw materials of coniferous species (pine, spruce, fir) are placed on impregnating carts 25-27m³ and introduced into autoclaves (impregnation cylinders). Impregnation is carried out with oily protective agents, which are used for wood preservation. Agents are imported from Ukraine according to corresponding standards (GOST 2770-74).
Wood impregnation is carried out in autoclaves. Autoclave impregnation with oily protective agents under pressure, GOST (20022.5-75). From this GOST, method I (pressure-pressure-vacuum) is used, this method allows the wood to be impregnated to the desired depth, with a small waste of antiseptic. The wood bundles are placed on the trolleys so that the oily preservative can penetrate everywhere and have free contact with the surface of the wood. These trolleys are introduced into autoclaves (cylinders), which are hermetically sealed and air pressure (2-4 kgc / cm²) is created in accordance with the impregnation standards, after which, without pressure reduction, the impregnating cylinder-autoclave is filled with a preheated antiseptic. The pressure is increased by means of dipsticks in the cylinders. Increased pressure (5-7kg / cm²) is maintained for a certain time in accordance with the material.
After the end of the impregnation process under liquid pressure, the antiseptic is released from the cylinder with the help of compressed air and, ultimately, it is brought to atmospheric pressure. Then a vacuum is created at a certain time. Finally, atmospheric pressure is created in the cylinder. Carts loaded with impregnated wood are placed on the unloading platform and are ready for dispatch.
