The company offers a large-scale wood impregnation process.

Raw materials are checked and evaluated at the factory in accordance with international standards. Sleepers that meet the required quality continue the impregnation process. The selected wood is placed in a high-pressure vacuum vessel called an autoclave at high temperature (+85°C), first under vacuum (-68 kPa) to remove water, and then under pressure (+1400 kPa) to introduce a protective layer. The product is impregnated with a high-quality protective layer. liquid. Creosote-E with pure coal oil and water-based Tanalit-E antiseptic. The entire process can take anywhere from 24 to 36 hours, depending on the wood's previous moisture content. As a result, the components are fixed in the wood structure and provide its reliable, long-term protection. Manufactured products undergo quality audits to ensure that each of them meets international standards.

Humidity of impregnation does not exceed 25%. The average service life of impregnated products is 15-30 years. The production system mainly uses softwood.

The company is guided by the following standards:

• EN 13145:2001+A1:2011 Railway equipment. Ways. Wooden sleepers and supports.
